A conversion-focused e-commerce growth campaign for Atelier Noir, a premium Cairo fashion label expanding its digital revenue channel.

The Challenge
Atelier Noir is a Cairo-based premium fashion label with a strong physical retail presence but a digital channel that was significantly underperforming. The brand had an online store but low traffic, weak conversion rates, and no paid media strategy. The gap between the in-store experience and what the website communicated was too wide.
Our Approach
Mind Blow worked across two parallel tracks: improving on-site conversion and building the paid media infrastructure to drive qualified traffic.On-site, we audited the existing product pages and checkout flow, identifying drop-off points. Product copy was rewritten to speak to the aspirational buyer. The checkout flow was simplified and trust signals added at key decision points. On paid media, we built a structured Meta Ads and Google Shopping strategy — starting with warm audiences before scaling to cold prospecting, with creative developed specifically for each audience stage.
The Result
The e-commerce channel delivered meaningful revenue growth in the first two months following launch. Return on Ad Spend exceeded the client’s benchmark target, and average order value increased following the product page improvements. Atelier Noir’s digital channel is now a primary contributor to revenue rather than a secondary touchpoint.
